Trilar Management Group manages a diverse portfolio of apartment communities throughout Southern California. Our apartment management team is headed by Principal Lance McGoldrick and Vice President Susan York. We expertly manage conventional, affordable and senior communities, along with several homeowner associations.

Commercial:

Trilar Commercial Management manages an extensive portfolio consisting of office, industrial and retail space in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. Our commercial division is led by Principal Richard Wenrick and Senior Vice President, Barbara Fischer. With more than fifty years of combined experience, the Trilar team is able to focus on owners’ needs and goals for their commercial assets.

Our three tenets of commercial management are:

  • Tenant Relations: Maintaining a strong, service-oriented relationship with tenants can enhance renewal opportunities, early detection of difficulties or expansion goals.
  • Facilities Management: Preserving and enhancing assets can prove beneficial for both short and long-term planning. Tenant improvement coordination can be an added-value for properties.
